Welcome Home Jimmy Story Hour
Saturday, December 6th from 12pm - 1pm
Join Author Vita Duncan for a in person piggy experience with a reading of "Welcome Home Jimmy" with the real pig that inspired the story, JIMMY! Families welcome (must book in advance). Only $25 for up to 4 people which includes a copy of the book to take home. Additional attendees will be $5 each (collected day of) and extra books will be available for purchase at $10 each. Must book in advance as space is limited.

Piggy Yoga
2025 FALL DATES - Please click picture above to sign up for a Piggy Yoga date.
Piggy Yoga sessions AT the sanctuary include a 30-45 minute beginner yoga class, great for all ages. Formatted exclusively for piggy interaction, you will get plenty of information and snout kisses from our over 200 pigs at the sanctuary. Pot belly and farm hog pigs will be present.

Hogs & Kisses Date Night

Blanket Pumpkin Drop

We’re still accepting blankets and whole pumpkins at the front gate.
If you’d like to visit the sanctuary and piggies, please schedule a BPR Tour so we can give you the full experience.
Donation guidelines:
• Blankets must be new or gently used (No sheets or towels)
• Whole pumpkins only
• No carved, painted, or moldy pumpkins please

Piggy Pool Party
2026 Dates Pending - Drop Offs Welcome
Small and medium plastic kiddy pools are essential for our pigs to stay cool all summer long. Because pigs don't sweat, they need fresh clean water plus mud wallows to cool off in this extreme AZ heat. Every summer we go through around 100 pools, as they get beat up by the pigs. The pigs use them for drinking water and to cool off. Plastic kiddy pools can be found at Walmart, Ace Hardware, Target, or Frys. Please ensure they are the small and medium size only, as large is too big for our volunteers to empty.
BPR is located off 24th Street and Carefree Hwy in Phoenix, AZ. Donations can be dropped any time in front of the gate, behind the dumpster.
